NAPA Auto parts signs Columbia Heights Center lease extension

NAPA Auto Parts has signed an extension for its lease at the Columbia Heights Center shopping center in Minneapolis, Minn.

NAPA's lease renewal for 5,038 square feet of space extends the lease for ten years. Bob Grootwassink of Grootwassink Real Estate represented the landlord in the transaction.

Columbia Heights Center was constructed in 1983. The 78,377-square-foot shopping center is located in the northtown retail submarket.
